Dawn Wattie
Dawn Wattie is a senior legal counsel, qualified arbitrator and mediator and entrepreneurial lawyer with extensive international experience including M&A and financing. She has acted as general counsel for private and public companies for over 23 years and brings both public and private sector senior management experience in advanced technology, entertainment, resource and life science.

Steven Pearce
Steven Pearce has 20+ years of experience in the Stock Broking, Fund Management and Capital Markets Industry having worked for both small and large institutions. Mr. Pearce founded Diverse Capital in Singapore in 2014 which assists private growth companies to reach their full potential. Mr. Pearce has been involved in numerous capital raisings and public listings on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), Singapore Stock Exchange (Catalist), TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) and SIX Swiss Exchange (Switzerland).

Mark Zastre
Mark Zastre is a Partner in BDO’s Vancouver office, with over 25 years of professional experience providing financial statement auditing, internal control reviews and recommendations, as well as regulatory compliance and financial statement disclosure advisory services for public companies listed in Canada and the United States. Mark provides audit and assurance services to public manufacturing, mining, mineral exploration and technology clients operating globally.

Jeremy East
Jeremy has 20 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to many of BDO’s private and public company clients. His expertise includes working on audit and accounting engagements for Canadian and U.S. entities in technology, manufacturing and natural resources in ASPE, IFRS and US GAAP. Through a secondment with our BDO USA San Francisco office, he is our key resource for internal control over financial reporting clients (SOX 404).
