A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I’m a born and raised Vancouverite with an endless supply of energy and a list of food intolerances. The first time I experienced a true sense of belonging got me hooked on how I could facilitate this experience for others, igniting my passion for building inclusive cultures and empowering communities.
At ReFrame, I get to live my dreams of building community on the big stage with other Canadian B Corps and the Canadian Culture Index & Report, highlighting people-first companies that use business as a force for good.

Feeling connected is harder but more important than ever, especially with loneliness hitting a record high. Communities can feel magical, but they don’t come together by magic. They need to be nurtured and watered regularly to ensure that members are feeling seen, heard, and valued. I believe that strong and inclusive communities can empower individuals to live life at their fullest potential, as it did for me.
